Our Hosts play a vital role in delivering seamless dining experiences across The Championships. Working within our diverse restaurant portfolio, which includes exclusive dining spaces for Members and Debenture ticket holders, as well as premium and casual dining concepts for the public, you'll be at the heart of welcoming guests and ensuring every visit begins and ends on a positive note.

Working as part of a professional front-of-house team, you'll create a warm and welcoming atmosphere while expertly managing guest arrivals, reservations and seating plans. Acting as a key point of contact, you'll confidently assist guests with enquiries, manage booking requests and help coordinate special occasions and dietary requirements to ensure every guest receives a personalised experience.

Strong communication, organisation and guest relation skills are essential in these roles. You'll be expected to remain calm under pressure, confidently balance pre-booked and walk-in demand, and work collaboratively with operational teams to ensure the smooth flow of service throughout the day. Attention to detail, professionalism and a proactive approach will be key to delivering the exceptional standards associated with Wimbledon.

Previous experience in a host, reservations, guest relations role within hospitality is essential. Experience within events, premium hospitality or fine dining environments would be highly advantageous. We're looking for polished, organised and personable individuals who are passionate about hospitality and confident using reservation and booking systems. Experience using SevenRooms is beneficial but not essential, as training will be provided.
