As a key player in our culinary team, you’ll contribute to an extraordinary dining experience across over 100 diverse retail catering units and gourmet restaurants and cafes.

From the excitement of fast-paced retail units to the elegance of fine dining venues, our teams collaborate to craft an array of delectable dishes that will leave guests coming time and time again, year on year.

You'll be part of a close-knit team of up to 20, where your resilience, organisational skills, and adaptability will be essential to our success. With a sharp eye for detail, exceptional Food Safety and allergen knowledge, and an unwavering commitment to quality, you’ll ensure every dish exceeds our guests' expectations, every time.

Role Description:

During the Championships fortnight, we offer an exciting array of menu options that will wow our guests—from freshly prepared grab-and-go dishes, expertly crafted by our Retail Chef brigade, to indulgent five-course tasting menus curated by our talented Chef de Parties in our premium hospitality spaces.

Our Lead Chefs are the heart of our kitchen operations, leading and inspiring their teams with a passion for creating exceptional food while maintaining the highest standards of kitchen compliance. They thrive on delivering culinary excellence while ensuring every dish meets our exacting standards.

Alongside them, our Sous Chefs play a key role in shaping an unforgettable experience for both our colleagues and guests. They foster a spirit of collaboration, working seamlessly across both back-of-house and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service and high-quality delivery every time.

Key Dates:

Wimbledon Fortnight (Live Dates): Monday 30th June – Sunday 13th July 2025

Mandatory Training & Orientation: Friday 27th - Sunday 29th June 2025

**Note: Additional training dates may be required for certain senior or specialised roles/units, and these will be communicated upon offer.
