You'll be at the forefront of creating a positive, high-energy work environment, all while delivering seamless event experiences across our diverse range of units - and ensuring every guest and staff member walks away with a memorable experience.
As a leader, you’ll guide teams ranging from 5 to 50 members, championing colleague engagement, exceptional customer service, and a strong sense of camaraderie. Whether you're overseeing fast-paced grab-and-go units or elegant fine dining spaces, your leadership will ensure smooth operations and a thriving, enjoyable atmosphere.
If you're passionate about hospitality, love the excitement of live events, and have a proven track record in event catering or restaurant management, this is your chance to be part of something truly special. Join us and play a vital role in delivering the world-class experience that Wimbledon is famous for!
With over 150 vibrant catering units operating throughout The Championships, we’re looking for dynamic leaders to inspire, motivate, and energise our teams. Our Managers are at the helm of day-to-day operations, overseeing everything from revenue and stock control to delivering an unforgettable guest experience. Meanwhile, our Supervisors play a pivotal role, bridging the gap between management and frontline staff to keep everything running smoothly.
Behind the scenes, our Back of House Managers are the unsung heroes, coordinating everything from food and beverage stock control to ensuring that our kitchens and prep areas are spotless, safe, and hazard-free - creating a seamless, efficient operation that guests never see but always appreciate.
At the front of the house, our Maître d's are the welcoming face for our guests, managing seating arrangements, coordinating reservations, and working closely with the team to create a smooth, seamless dining experience. With exceptional people skills and a keen eye for detail, they ensure each guest feels valued and has a positive, lasting impression from start to finish.
As a Hot Plate Manager, you’ll be the heart of the action, running the ‘pass’ to ensure orders are sent out quickly and accurately. This high-energy, multi-tasking role demands excellent communication and precision - because in our kitchens, timing is everything!
With nearly 3,000 staff working around the clock, our Area Staffing Managers are essential in managing unit labour requirements, supporting employee relations, and ensuring compliance with time and attendance, the Working Time Directive, and all employment law obligations. You’ll also play a key role in promoting staff wellbeing, making sure the team is energised and ready to deliver excellence.
Our leadership teams work hand in hand to ensure full compliance with health & safety, including alcohol regulations, the responsible service of alcohol, and allergen procedures. Together, we create a safe, welcoming environment for guests and staff alike, ensuring the highest standards are maintained across the board.
