⚠️Disclaimer
This vacancy covers multiple frontline roles as listed below. Candidates will have the opportunity to learn more about these roles at interview and discuss them with their interviewer.
While we will endeavour to take preferences into account, we receive a significant volume of applications for all of our frontline positions, and some roles are more limited than others. Offers will be made based on interview feedback, assessment outcomes, and a final review of business requirements. You may not be offered your preferred role - therefore, a flexible attitude is key.
We have a wide range of Frontline Catering and Hospitality roles available across the tournament. Here’s where you could fit in:
🗒️Waiting Staff
You could be part of a fine-dining team in one of our hospitality restaurants or lounges, serving corporate clients in private suites, or providing attentive, friendly service in fast-paced public restaurants or brasseries. Every detail counts - from serving delicious dishes with a smile, to ensuring each guest’s experience feels effortless.
🍾Wine Waiters
With your confident service and expert attention to detail, you’ll elevate the guest experience by recommending and serving wines to complement each meal. You’ll ensure every glass is poured perfectly and every interaction reflects the highest standards of care and professionalism.
🍓 Catering Assistants
You’ll help keep service running smoothly - preparing and serving food from counters, assisting on tills, or ensuring displays stay stocked and spotless. Some roles are public-facing, while others support key operational areas such as players’, media, staff, or contractor facilities - or take place in our exclusive members’ and debenture areas, where attention to detail and presentation are key.
☕ Baristas
From crafting speciality coffees for players and media to serving perfectly brewed drinks to fans on the go, you’ll deliver high-quality beverages efficiently and consistently - always with a smile.
🍺 Bartenders
We have a range of bar roles available - you could be serving drinks in exclusive hospitality areas, keeping service flowing smoothly behind a dispense bar in a restaurant or suite, or bringing energy to one of our buzzing retail bars.
🍝Runners
Always on the move, you’ll support the smooth delivery of service by running plates, clearing tables, and resetting areas to ensure everything is ready for the next guest. You’ll work closely with both the waiting and kitchen teams to maintain exceptional service standards.
🫗Bar Backs
You’ll be an essential part of the bar team - restocking drinks, glassware, and supplies, supporting bartenders during service, and keeping bars clean, tidy, and ready for action.
👋 Cashiers
You could be based in one of our hospitality restaurants, settling bills and helping guests complete their dining experience smoothly and efficiently. Or in one of our retail outlets - from food units and bars to retail spaces - serving guests quickly and accurately to keep queues moving. In all settings, you’ll provide friendly, reliable service and help maintain a positive guest experience.
