• Management & Leadership (Team Leader and above)
• Beverage Porters
• Kitchen Porters

🗓️ Monday 22 June - Sunday 12 July 2026

• Stores Porters
• Linen Porters (staggered start dates up to the 27th June)
• Dispo Team

🗓️ Saturday 27 June – Sunday 12 July 2026 (everyone else)

• Chef Hands/Food Production Assistants
• All Frontline Roles

Additional Training & Assessment Dates

• Leadership Day (All Management Roles, Supervisor & above): Friday 12 June 2026
• Stores, Beverage, Logistics & Linen Training Day: Sunday 21 June 2026
• Barista, Hostess, and Early Opening Units: Training sessions will be scheduled throughout June (exact dates to be confirmed).

Please note: Some roles or units may require additional training prior to these dates. Details will be confirmed closer to the event.
